I'm running a Mac. I made the mistake of thinking I could install an expansion on Sims 3. That's giving me a different error. Then I deleted everything and tried everything and thought to try Sims 4. Tried downloading that. Now it's giving me the "Origin needs to be running" error. I tried downloading Origin on top of Origin. Nothing in this thread worked. I've deleted everything and then re installed everything. Nothing is working. Pretty ticked about Origin and probably won't buy anything else from them. I'm tired of spending my money and then spending my day off not playing the game, but screwing around trying to get it to work.
