Due to circumstances beyond my control, I had to refresh my computer. For some reason, most of the games (including stuff packs and expansions) have vanished from my Origin dashboard. They still exist under purchase history but I cannot redownload them.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have tried to get through to the EA Live Chat but it's not working

@Faul-T-Wiring Hi,
We recently changed how some expansions show up in the Origin Client. You can now find them in a different place, just right-click the respective game tile under "My Games" and choose "View Game Details".

Hi there I bought the Sims 4 on a chrome-book before finding out that it only works on a windows or mac. I don't even get to play the game so is there anyway I can get my money back? Thanks.
