Request live chat button not working

I'm trying to connect to live chat on the EA origin help but even though I have filled out all the categories and made a subject the button to "Request live chat" is still greyed out and can't be clicked, need help as I have other issues to solve after this one as been solved.

Internet Explorer and MS Edge seems to be fine. I can confirm issues with Firefox, Opera and Vivaldi. I don't have Chrome installed, so i can't tell how it works on that one.

Chrome and Safari aren't working for me and I don't have any other browsers

doesn't work
