I purchased Sims 4 a while ago, but it is no longer compatible with my personal device. Therefore I was wondering if I could get a refund seeing how I am no longer able to play the game. Is it possible for me to get a refund?

@Biker_Girl_218  EA's policy is that you can only receive a refund if it's been less than 14 days since you bought the game, and also less than 24 hours since you first launched it if you have in fact played it.  So it sounds like you wouldn't be able to get a refund.  Here's the official article:

If you do get a computer that can run Sims 4 in the future, you'll be able to redownload the game for free from your Origin account.
