Refund request

Hi,

The game was amazing, graphics, mechanics of the combat and the abilities, the balance between classes etc etc. However, the flying mechanics on PC was very bad and especially underwater. This issue was raised during the alpha test and yet nothing changed. As well as the VIP demo connection to server were very bad. For the past 2 days I couldn't kill the last boss in the strike / dungeon due to freeze of the game mid loading screen and to reconnect as well. Over all I barely played to mechs and 3 quests with the screen freezing and bad connection.. Over all due to those issue not been solved from alpha phase I require a refund .. In which I know they won't fix anything due to monetization ..
