You'll have to contact EA Support. They'll help you cancel your pre-order. That is if Great Game Guarantee does not work: https://www.origin.com/en-se/great-game-guarantee
How to get in touch with them:
1. Visit the following link: http://help.ea.com/
2. Make sure you are logged in (top right corner) and then select 'Help with Game'.
3. Search for your game you are having trouble with (if you are having an account issue select Origin).
4. Click on 'Next' at the bottom right.
5. Choose your platform and then click on 'Next' again.
6. Choose your topic from the drop down and type in a short description of your issue.
7. Choose a contact option. However bear in mind that available contact options can depends on your country settings and the time of the day you are trying to make a contact.
