Hello,
Hope someone can help...
I've just ordered a game using origin but unfortunately have changed my mind and want a refund as I've not yet opened or downloaded the game.
I've followed the steps shown on EAhelp but the game doesn't appear within the refund section
Does anyone have any help and advice as there are long wait times on EAhelp chat

If you managed to request a refund, the update on it in the Order history might take some time. However, if you still cannot see anything about the refund, please get in touch with our support at EA Help. Our game advisers will provide you with necessary information
