Hello, I am currently trying to get a refund for Mass Effect Trilogy via the indicated refund website for origin bought games. The thing is, after providing a reason why I want a refund and click on the confirm button, I get the following message: "We were unable to complete this part of your request."
I already tried reloading the page, using a different browser, but I keep getting the exact same message. After clicking multiple times on the confirm button however, it went on to buffering, it has been in that state for about 2 hours now with no apparent results. I already tried going through the contact us page and can't get a hold of anyone, for no matter what I chose, I get redirected to this page, or it suggests to use live chat, which is not even up.
I haven't even opened the game and I pretty much bought it about 3 hours ago.

Can't log in
