Redeemed games not showing in library...

I've read the stickied post, but has any progress been made on this issue?

I tried to redeem my Command & Conquer - Ultimate Edition code on my account on Monday and it still does not seem to have appeared in my account. I've chatted with someone in customer service and they didn't seem to be able to help. The advice was to be patient while issues were resolved.

Would be grateful if I could get an update on the situation or if I need to contact customer service again.

Make sure there not in hidden games if so un hide them if not sorry I can't help you then.
