Receiving tons of password reset emails, any way to change email account?

★★★★★ Newbie

I keep getting these security emails. Just tons of them in one fell swoop, usually a few days apart. Is there a way to change my email account so whoever is doing this can no longer request a password reset? I already have 2-factor enabled, I'm not worried about getting the account stolen, but these constant emails are infuriating.

It is not a password reset request. This code is being sent with Login Verification (two-factor authorization) system after entering your login and password in Origin. You should change both your email and password at https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/security/index

You can also find more info on how to maintain a security of your account right here: https://help.ea.com/en-in/help/account/how-to-maintain-account-security/

@ElbruzOne I changed 20 times my password, but still i keep receiving your password reset emails. Why?
I can logi into my account and I never had any problem, nobody steal me nothing.
So pratically, your advices are useless and don't solve the problem at all.
I just want you to stop sending me password reset emails when there is no need, no alerts, and there is nobody triyng to steal my account!

Hoping you can give us better advice, and not answering with generic advices completely useless for the majority of the users.

Thanks,
Best regards.
