Received a false suspension/ban

I'm not the only one dealing with this issue but I've been suspended for 14 days cause EA "assumed" I cheated. I save my coins so I don't have to use real money. They're saying I've been involved in coin distribution. I don't even know how that works lol there is no evidence of what I did because I didn't do it. If y'all don't want to comply or at least try to figure out your mistake i will no longer be a customer of any EA product. I hope y'all can fix what you did and i suggest y'all get better security.

Please follow these steps http://bit.ly/ContactAccountDisputes to have this investigated. If you've already raised a case to the Terms of Service team on this issue and they've declined to overturn the sanction there is nothing further that can be done, the Terms of Service team have the final say on these matters.

We cannot assist with a banned account in any way over AHQ.
