I need help acquiring an established account here on ORIGIN...My account is Simmergurl28...but I can't log in because the Account Authentication is on.And that information
was erased when I had my laptop repaired.The store reinstalled my OS, and in doing so, my ORIGIN account doesn't recognize my laptop....I had to create a temp account so
I cant contact Origin, They told me to come here. I need to chat with someone...I went to my case file and they ask me to resume case did that...then they ask me to attach files...tried that and it opens my documents in my laptop...but I don't know what files I'm supposed to attach...so that I cant continue so I'm stuck...This step is to confirm my Id...
what can I do now to open my account.?....
