I bought Battlefield 4 and i couldn't connect to servers so i refunded it, the next day they emailed me and claimed that i had been refunded so i checked my library and it was gone, but the i checked my bank account and i didn't get my money back. it was only 5 dollars but im still mad that this happened to me.

Since you've already got a confirmation that your purchase has been refunded, it means that it's only been processed on our side. Depending on your bank, it might take some time for the money to be back on your bank account, even up to 5 working days.
