Put reedom code but no games in library

I put my reedom code in for a bundle pack that included the sims 4, luxury, and patio stuff pack but nothing showed up in my game library so I put the code in again but it’s saying that’s its already been used.

I do not see The Sims 4 on the account you are posting with here so check that you are logging in to Origin with the correct account.

Some Sims 4 bundles include the base game and some do not. Check the Origin page for the bundle you purchased and check if it says "To use this, you must have the game: The Sims 4" then you will need to own or purchase the base game separately.

No it includes the base game.
