So I tried to purchase a game however whenever I click add to cart it's not putting the correct game into the cart.
Clearly there is an issue somewhere.

@zyntin What exactly is added to the cart then? Also does this happen both in Origin client and on the Origin.com website?

I figured the images would have answered that question for you. I clicked add to cart and what is currently in the window is what you get.
and
Origin client. didn't try it on Origin.com. The client is pretty much linking me to origin.com anyway.
