I have purchased and downloaded the Sims 4. I have played it before and it has worked, but now it won't let me open it. What can I do?
The option to open is greyed out, it won't let me open it from my files. And I have turned my computer off and back on again multiple times. The only thing I can think of is that I've played for 40hours, but with a purchase, that shouldn't matter. Please help.
