So i wanted to buy BioWare Points, a second Origin-Window oppend where I had to enter my IBAN etc. (I used GiroPay), as I did that an Error message poped up in the first window.
Now my Money is gone from my Bankaccount and I do NOT have the points! there is a entry for the points in my Purchasehistory btw it says: payment not finished... its been a hour now...

Processing payments takes time and unfortunately isn't always instant. This is due to the multiple parties involved (banks, payment processors)
We advise to wait 24 hours for payments that have not been complemented, in rare cases it might even take 72 hours, as outlined in this article: Troubleshooting payment issues
