Problem with comleting pre-order of FIFA 19

Hey guys , 

I have one big problem .I have pre-ordered FIFA 19 Champions edition on origin and everything seemed good until I recieved email where is that there is some billing problem and then I found out that I have some card limit that doesn't allowed me to complete the transaction but it somehow allowed me to pre-order it. So I immidiately chenged it to amount that is okay to comlete it and decided to wait. But now when the game is out the transaction is still not complete and it says processing although there shouldn't be any problem and the transaction should be fully completed now and money also still haven't leave my bank account and I just don't know what to do to make them do it and complete this transaction. Also when I went to FUT (10 hours trial) it didn't give me my "rewards" for pre-ordering champ. edition. I'll appriciate every sort of ideas how to help me because I really don't wnat to play FIFA 19 like a week after it actual release in 25th (28th).
