Problem with Clare Secret in the Shadows

Clare Secret in the Shadows, Case 15, Episode 4, Chap 2, will not load.   When  click on 'skip', it freezes and if I click the dialogue, it freezes at the end.  I have completed all cases, episodes, and chapters prior to this.
