Problem purchasing.

 

Always come up with this message:

Whoops! An error occurred. Please try again later. [ref. #Error: httpRequest ERROR: https://gateway.ea.com/proxy/commerce/carts2/store-cart-purchase-1557680005300/offerEntries?storeId=... 400 (Bad Request)]

 

I've added a primary payment method, checked my country of origin and signed out and in again.

Sorry to hear that you are having issues @Portentosa.

 

Generally, this issue is related to your IP. CAn I ask if you are using a VPN or proxy of any kind?

 

If not then can you go into your Origin account settings and untrust all devices and then log out and back into your account on your systems.

 

To untrust devices:

  1. Log into Origin.com or Myaccount.ea.com
  2. Click onto Security
  3. Scroll down to Trusted Devices
  4. Find the device you wish to logout/remove from your account
  5. Then click the UNTRUST button/link

Thanks for the reply and suggestions. It still isnt working and showed this message when I used the device to try and purchase:

In fact, when I tried that thing with the devices, I didn't have any trusted devices to 'untrust'.

 

I'm not sure what a VPN is or if I have one on the account.
