Price increase for "build your own bundles" in Sims 4

Its happening again. I just got off with customer support, they said they would refund the difference and what they actually did was refund the whole bundle messing up my game. Bundle went from 39.47 to 49.98 :/

the bundle price is back to being 69 dollars :'(
