When I preorder something such as Sims 4 Island Living do I pay now or when it comes out?

If you're pre-ordering the game on Origin and paying with credit card or PayPal, we’ll take your payment up to seven days before it launches. For other payment methods you’ll be charged the day you place your order. You can read more about pre-ordering games on Origin in this article.

However, considering the really close release of Island Living (June 20th), it's possible that you might be charged right away even when paying with credit card or PayPal.
