Pre-order failed Anthem

I pre-ordered Anthem before it came out and cancelled it after I switched bank accounts. I bought Origin Access recently when I try to add it to my library it says pre-order failed.

Can I ask, did you add the game to your My Game Library after you became an Origin Access member or had you pre-loaded it before cancelling your order of the game?

@EA_Darko Pre-loaded but I cant take it off of my library.

Hey @TheAnimeGuy27 can you right-click on the game tile and from here can you go ahead and uninstall the game. Once done can you go to the game page and add the game to your OAP vault and download it again. In fact, let's try searching for the game in Origin and see if you can add it to your library there and once done try the game again.

@TheAnimeGuy27 It doesn't give me any options to delete/ uninstall. It just say game properties, hide and add to favourites.
