Pin to Start/Desktop Shortcut on Windows 10?

Okay, so this might seem like a stupid question, but how do I Pin one of my games to the Start Menu from the Origin client?

When I initially installed my game, I forgot to click "Create Desktop Shortcut" and "Pin to Start." I've looked all throughout Origin, but failed to find either of these options for my game. Also, I don't want to manually create a shortcut or pin, because the actual executable has a weird filename (I know, I'm very particular).

Any help here?

As far as i know you can create a shortcut only during installation of the game. And there is only one way to create a shortcut after installing of the game. You will need to go to the folder where you installed the game and there you'll see game icon that you can move/send to Desktop. 

I really hope Origin DevTeam will add a feature to create a shortcut for any game from Origin in any time

Ugh, so annoying. That seems like an obvious feature that should be available in Origin.
