I purchased the Sims 3 Seasons and Sims 3 Generations on Monday (2/11) while the 50% discount was happening. I'm not a fan of purchasing only downloadable games, so I chose to buy the disk/physical copies. I recieved an order confirmation and order number by email, but when I went to view my order history, it hasn't shown up. However, the purchase does show up on ea.com/profile under the purchase history, and it says it's processing.
I'm concerned that it's not showing up though. My roommate also purchased Sims 3 Seasons and an expansion pack at the same time I did (literally within the same hour) and she said she has recieved a shipping confirmation. Should I be concerned that it hasn't shown up in my purchase history or that I haven't gotten a shipping confirmation?
