Phone Verification Too Many Attempts, Wait a "FEW" Minutes!!!!!

Hello, Recently I have tried to log onto fifa 16 it asked me to do a phone verification so I checked my phone, no message, by this time a message telling me that I have attempted to do the phone verification too many times and to wait 60 seconds. So I wait 60 seconds but to no avail. It will keep coming up with this message telling me to wait 60 seconds. So I thought I would try to log onto the origin site. I tried but a similar message popped up at the top of the page telling me to wait a few minutes as I have had too many attempts. I cannot log onto my main origin account so I had to use my second (THIS ONE) to write this because I really need some help. It has now been over 5 hours since this message came up.... I think that is a little more than 60 seconds or a few minutes... Please help.

You will need to contact an EA Advisor, they will be able to assist you: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new

Using your second account is of course fine for that.

Log in with your EA Account and choose "Origin" as product, your platform, "Manage my account" as topic and "Can't log in" and describe your issue (including the name of the main account) to see all available contact options.
