£19.99 was debited from my credit card 15th July for EA games.  However I have not made a purchase and nothing is shown in my account.  Could you shed any light on this please?

To request a callback or speak with a chat adviser:

Click on your product Origin

Then select 'PC

Manage my Account'

Can't log in

Finally, you can choose to receive a callback or begin a chat.
