PSN ID linked to old EA account

I created a new EA account to play the Mirror's Edge: Catalyst beta on PS4, but when I go to play it, it's automatically linked to my old EA account from whenever I last played an EA game. That old EA account uses an old email address I no longer have access to. Presumably my PSN account is linked to the old EA account still, and I'd like to link it to my new EA account. I've followed the steps here http://help.ea.com/en/article/linking-your-origin-account-with-your-psn-id-and-gamertag/ about linking accounts through the Add A Friend menu, but it doesn't work, saying that my PSN is already linked to an EA account. The next step telling me to contact an EA advisor is also unhelpful, simply resulting in a page suggesting I get them to call me, but no apparent way to actually do that. Is there also an online chat to speak to an advisor, because I couldn't find that either.

Basically, I need to link my PSN account to my current EA account instead of the old one. Thanks.

You will actually have to contact an EA Advisor via EA Help as we currently do not offer any other methods to assist with account related issues. If a chat option is available is dependent on which country you are located in when contacting is. You can find some tips on how to navigate the website below:

Start with selecting your country of residence to setup your contact. If your country isn't listed you should select either United States or United Kingdom.

Now follow the numbered steps as shown in the picture. If you are unable to login you will also be able to create an anonymous case at this point.
