PS4 Version of BF4 to PC. Battlelog and unlocks question

Hi guys, 

Can anyone tell me if PS4 version and PC version of BF4 linked together or not?

I''m playing BF4 on my PS4 at the moment, but I think I might like the controlls of k+m better. I just want to know if I'd have to level up and uplock everything on PC all over again, if I switch?
