Win 10 64 bit edition. Origin was working fine yesterday, today the client only gives me a blank white screen with a spinning circle that lasts about 5 seconds,. I've uninstalled Origin, cleared the cache files used by Origin in my users\myname\appdata\.. folder, downloaded the "thin" client installer, set it to run as administrator, it brings up the blank white screen and never finishes the installation of the Origin client, as it does not show up in my installed apps folder where it usually does. Origin.com works fine, I log in and can see all my library games, but of course it won't let me run them because I need a working client first!

I had to do a complete "difficult method" uninstall of Origin. A link to this forum page was provided by another Electronic Arts support member, but I did not save the link. This involved removal of several registry entries, followed by several file/folder structures on my pc. This was followed with the documented "clear Origin cache" in the forums. When the OriginThinClientWeb still failed to install, I had to temporarily remove (and not just disable) my anti-virus. Then I was finally able to get the Origin install to complete. Re-installed my antivirus and all is well.

The best thing to do @venchant is take a couple of minutes to try the following steps:
Try running Origin as an administrator:
This runs the Origin client as an administrator account, and should let the game install.
Try lowering the User Access Control settings:
Let me know how you get on.

None of those worked for me, is there another way that you know of?
