Hi, I've never posted on a forum before so bare with me.
I cannot keep my games on Origin working. I've tried with SIms4 and DAI .. (On PC)
My issue is that Whenever anything involves my keyboard it crashes.
I spent over an hour creating characters on Sims4 and DAI and when i went to type the names the game stops working.
i have to go to the Task manager to close the screen and i'm lucky if that works.
so, if i'm able to get out i try to use Google Chrome I'm able to open it but the moment i try to type it crashes chrome not allowing me to use it.
I'm convinced that it's Origins messing up my computer cause I tried a few steam games and didn't have one issue with it.
I've also reinstalled everything! even repairing the games within origins. I've even reset my computer down 3 days hoping it was just something in the past i messed up with.
I'm so frustrated that I can't play any games i want on Origins and that it crashes my computer not allowing me to use ANY program afterwards on my PC.
I don't know if I'm going crazy and it's just an issue i'm having alone.

Ensure that your Firewall and/or Antivirus are not blocking the connection. The easiest way would be adding an exception for the Origin Client and your game to the exclusion list.Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin and open the needed ports http://help.ea.com/en/article/connection-issues-with-origin/#1
Add antivirus exclusions(exceptions) specific files Origin, folders Origin or file extensions origin.ex from scanning.(very important to do )
Then perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/.
Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
