Hi @diaboliq7
-clear Origin cache https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/origin/origin/origin-my-games-list-is-blank/
-delete temp files: open the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Search field or click in the Run option in the Start Menu and type %temp% in the Run field.Press Enter and a Temp folder should open. You can delete all files found in this folder, and if any files are in use, they can be skipped.
--go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin -> here delete this folder Origin (very important)
-restart your machine
-perform a Clean Boot https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/FAQ/how-to-clean-boot-your-pc/
-install Origin https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download
-run the setup file Origin with Admin rights http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
If you want to know us or/and come up with ideas to improve the Origin platform or/and talk about anything and many more besides, you could also visit the NEW section Origin General Discussion http://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/bd-p/origin-general-discussion-en

Ok, I'll try as soon as my daughter will back form vacation (its her comp)
But...
I didn't have "C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin" folder because I've never had Origin soft on this maschine (only try manualy copy - try this idea: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Can-t-install-Origin/m-p/3382353, and deleted after unsuccessfully execute)
And I've tried Clean Boot without success.
Any new idea in your post is manually clean %temp% folder, but I think ccleaner done this.

yahel_1 - your solution not solved my problems.
I bought CD. I installed it, Origin installed without problems (in control panel described as 9.4.11.2806 version).
From runnig Origin I want to run Sims 4 and now I have d3382ced:984c6a38:00000000:00000000 error.
EA: YOUR SOFT IS A *!
When I want reinstall Origin I still have the same problem like in first post.
(and why this topis is marked as Solved?).

9.4.11.2806 is a way outdated version of Origin, 10.5.22.1331 - 0 is the current stable release.
If that also don't helps go to your "C:\Users\HR\AppData\Local\Origin\ThinSetup" folder and copy the "ThinSetup_Log.txt" to your desktop.
(To do so press the Windows key and "R" at the same time > copy and past "C:\Users\HR\AppData\Local\Origin\ThinSetup" (without the quotes) in the new window and hit ENTER.)
Also create a DxDiag in text file format and post it and the "ThinSetup_Log.txt" with your next reply. You can do that with the "Browse" button at the bottom right corner of the reply window.

Good to hear, your original account got corrupted somehow.
Have fun gaming.

I had the same strange error. Disabling antivirus programs helped me. But I don't understand why antivirus is blocking origin. EA doesnt look right to me.

It happened because your Anti-Virus is overprotective.
