Origin are fcked in the head if they think they're giving a service that's worth your hard earned cash....I'm about ready to jump ship...Opinions Please...!!!

I am deeply dissappointed in Origin.  I purchased BF1 to play with my friends but have had nothing but trouble.  Origin has the worst user interface in the history of interfaces.  It is not user friendly at all.  The menus are garbage.  Joining games as a party are annoying and if you  D/C or the game crashes you get nothing but unknown errors when trying to rejoin which turns out to be from the fact that you are already in queue to get back into the game.  Is it too difficult to have active statuses that are displayed to inform the user what this buggy interface is trying to do.  I am deeply disappointed in Origin and will no be purchasing any more games in the future.
