Hi,
After updating from win7 to win10 the origin games won't start downloading. I tried creating exceptions at windows firewall and administrator compatbility at the exe. but they get forever paused. Tried to reinstall origin too, didnt fixed the problem. Any ideas?

@Polico84 H againi,
Is there any other internet security software by chance? You may want to try running a Clean Boot, just to ensure that nothing else is interfering: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135
We do also have some additional troubleshooting steps related to networking here: http://help.ea.com/in/article/how-to-troubleshoot-connectivity-issues/
Let me know how you get on.
Cheers,
Nils

@Polico84 Hi,
You mentioned you already tried this, but just to make sure that you are running the Origin Client as administrator, please check this article: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/
This will allow Origin to have sufficient rights to create folders and write files on your system partition
If that isn't the issue, please try to download the games using Safe Mode Downloading. You can activate that by going to Origin > Application Settings > Advanced > Safe Mode Downloading
Let me know how you get on afterwards.
Thank you,
Nils

Thanks for your help, but im afraid it is still not working. I already was administrator user, tried also compatibillity as administrator at propierties at originclient.exe. Tried also the safe mode dowloading. It says that windows is blocking the download but i did the exception at firewall and tried also turning off the firewall, never showed the connection attempt warning that the win firewall shows and ask you to allow or block. i dont have other firewall.
