My error message is saying that "your credentials are incorrect or have expired. Please try again or reset your password". I have tried both of these and still cannot log in. Any suggestions?

Where are you trying to log in? On the website or within the Origin Client?

I'm trying to log into client I believe. I can log in to the website without a problem. It is when I attempt to play FIFA 15 that this error message appears. So when I put FIFA into the computer, click on the FIFA icon, the origin login tab comes up and when I input the password and email the error message pops up. Thanks for the help.

Try using your username rather than your email to log in to Origin, let us know if that works for you.

I tried that and alas it still has not worked. Thanks for the help anyway!

I tried using my username instead of email and it worked for me. I was having issues logging in to the origin app installed on my computer, not the website.
January 2020
