Origin will not open

I have downloaded, and uninstalled, and restarted, and downloaded again, and gone through compatability problems!! but the programme still will not open so i am unable to download my game.

Please could someone help?

Have also tried to start the programme with all firewalls turned off but still no sucsess. I just want to be a Zombie Sim, is it too much for a girl to ask?! PLEASE help
