Hi again @nonob1, @Filipex_37, @Zalewaika, @PyroShii, @AbdelmonemK
You need to read about the last Windows 10 update bug https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2018/may/04/windows-10-april-2018-update-bug-locks-machines-r...
Has caused even more difficult situations, not only with Origin, if you have the patience to search the internet, many of these issues have been solved ONLY with a clean windows installation.
My Opinion is no more important or right than yours.I'm a gamer like you, trying to help you (i'm not an EA employee).
If you want to know us or/and come up with ideas to improve the Origin platform or/and talk about anything and many more besides, you could also visit the NEW section Origin General Discussion http://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion/bd-p/origin-general-discussion-en

@yahel_1 well, I don't have problem with my Win 10 PC, but my Win 8.1 PC has. What I did to solve the problem was to use an older version of Origin installer (10.4.12) but when it came to update, it shut down right after the update completed.

@Filipex_37 Which old version that you use? I can use offline mode on version 10.4.12

I have downloaded that version (it installed without a problem, just like any other version of origin except the newest) and I can now download my BF1! I think that the problem is still not fixed but I can play on an older version at least.
I recommend everyone uses the 10.4.12 (as suggested by @PyroShii) because it installs perfectly and games seem to be downloading.
Hopefully it will continue to work and i will make sure i dont update Origin!!
