I posted something like this a lil bit ago but everyone seems to be reading it and not replying so Im going to type it more clearly, so i want to ask again! 3 days ago money was taken out of my account by origin so i couldnt buy my game, someone told me that it was to verify my credit card, and i got my money back today. I go to buy the game it says it cant verify my credit card but it still TOOK money out of my account even though i didnt buy the game! Shouldnt it have allready verified my card? and why is it taking MORE money out of my account so i cant buy my game?!?! I dont want origin stealing money from my account so please im hoping for a quick reply so i dont have to wait MORE for me to buy my game!

I have been trying to buy a game for days,the first person basically said i was a hacker,The second offered me a 15% discount off my next purchase!! although i can not make the first purchase, how can i make a second. Also he told me to get origin wallet cards which aren't anywhere to be found in my city.He also told me to try through a different browser or device,or computer...so i did. now i have 9 withdrawls on my bank acct# of 1.10$ each. i thought this charge was their way of verifying my card that clearly says IS a payment option on the website!! but i still can't buy the game. Now the said they will have a specialist contact me...ummm yeah right!! i am beyond mad the way things are being run and dealt with is a joke! i would NOT recommened ea games to anyone!!

Hey, i have thesame problem. They took 3.30 from my account. When i called they said they would payback, but they never did, its been a week now and i couldnt get to purchase the game. This case is going to my lawyer.

I am sorry to hear about the hassle. Have you received your money back at this stage? Depending on the bank, the pre-authorization fee is returned on average within 7 days.
