Origin sometimes wont launch??

I've had sims 4 since it came out and I had a problem with the game crashing a while back so I updated all my drivers and everything was better. But all of a sudden, Sims 4 won't open lately, I click the icon and just nothing happens. Not even Origin will open even when I click the Origin icon. That was happening for a few days and then one day it randomly started working fine again, but now it is back to not opening at all. I click on origin, my mouse turns into a loading symbol for one second, and then absolutely nothing happens.

First off, please make sure you start Origin with Administrator rights: http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/

Next please right-click the game tile under the "My Games" tab and select "Repair Game".

Are you able to progress now?
