Origin "Could not connect to Internet" issue. [ Edited ]

A message pops up after clicking Origin. It says "Could not connect to internet...". I'm having this problem for a long time after Origin's update. I was searching a solution for this issue and i found something: Opening new account for Windows (I'm using Windows 7 by the way.).

I opened a new account and it worked. Now, i can login to Origin. But i want to know that: Why a new account on Windows made it possible to login to Origin?

I will really appreciate for solutions!
