Hi,
So my any game I open recently has quit unexpectedly within a maximum of 2minutes of opening and playing. I have deleted all firewall/antivirus software, restarted both origin and my computer and it refuses to work. Originally origin was downloading new software and I have recently updated my Mac.
Any thoughts? I really want to play simcity...

You’ll need to make sure you fully remove all parts of the Origin client from your Mac and for this follow these steps (choose the hard way) https://help.ea.com/en-za/help/origin/origin/manually-uninstalling-origin/
Restart your Mac.
Install Origin https://www.origin.com/en-ie/download

Hi,
Thanks for the quick response, however I've finally had time to follow those steps and the app continues to force quit. Any further thoughts?

Most of the time a game crashes it is a problem with the game, (and not with Origin) a Mac OS or hardware problem.
Try to repair the game. (in Origin > Game Library > right click SimCity > Repair)
Also, disable "Origin in Game".

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again.
Set up a new user account on your Mac and see if Origin works properly in that account.
