Origin online problem

Hello I have a problem with Origin. If my account's status is still Away and you are in Battlefield 1 or Battlefield 4, you will be prompted to switch to Online and you will not be able to switch to Online Conversion. I tried reinstalling Origin and reinstalling the game, but it did not work out. Even if you try Googleing, it will not be solved.

Thank you for your help origin online problem is fixed

But i have a BF4 online problem 

1.  start a BF4

2. lobby screen offline 

3. press online mode 

4. didn't work 

5. I can't play BF4
