Origin not loading on mac

whenever i launch origin the screen will pop up but nothing will load although my internet is working. i’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, clearing cache, and using the origin reset tool. still nothing is working. this has been a problem for quite a while now and i haven’t been able to play any games. i’ve talked to someone at EA already and they told me that they know this is an issue. i’m just trying to get back to my sims. it’s already been weeks 😔
