I tried to open Origin today for the first time in a few weeks and I can't get the program to respond at all. When I try to run it it shows up in the task manager but that's it, no login prompt, no error messages, nothing.
I uninstalled it, reinstalled, and it actually opened, but I wasn't able to download any games, so I closed the program, opened it again as administrator, and again it wouldn't open at all. I then reinstalled it again and am getting absolutely nothing. I tried the other fixes on this site like changing screen resolution and I reinstalled all the C++ things and no matter what I do this program just will not open.

@Rammbling Hi,
First off, please download the Origin installation file from here: https://www.origin.com/download
Next, please navigate to your download folder and right click the "OriginThinSetup.exe" file and choose "Run As Administrator".
If that still does not work, and the installation fails, please follow the below steps in exact order. You had done some of these before, but the order is important so please try them all once more:
Let us know how you get on afterwards.
Cheers,
Nils

Hello.
If nothing helped, try use my script for clean of Origin data and reinstall it.
1) run command line as Admin, enter command:
sfc /scannow
2) Download file, delete .txt in name and run it as Admin:
