Origin keeps updating

No matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall, whenever I open up Origin it keeps updating. I have let it fully update in the past, and yet it still asks me to update. Occasionally, it does not update but it opens the window and then suddenly crashes, and only then does it go back to updating.

I'm using Win10 btw.

Hi,

Launching as administrator as linked in the topic by @d1zz1es should do the trick. If the issue persists then you should also clear the Origin Cache first.

Hello.
If nothing helped, try use my script for clean of Origin data and reinstall it.

Delete .txt in name and run it as Admin.

Before use scrpt try check system files by command in command line as Admin:
sfc /scannow
