Processing payments usually takes less than 24 hours, but in rare cases can take up to 72. Did you receive your game by now?

Restart your PC.

Run the setup file Origin with Admin rights  http://help.ea.com/en/article/how-do-i-run-a-program-or-a-game-as-an-administrator/#2 and see if your game appeared.
