@ladinek1982 Yes, you definitely need updates. Your Windows 10 is still on the original build so , it has never been updated. You will need to run Windows Updates while online, on a non metered connection to update that.

Your AMD graphics drivers are two years old. Those need updated as well. You can do that at the AMD website.
