Hey guys, I have a question about the way Origin sees it's games. I recently updated my OS from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and wanted to play some Battlefield 4, which I already have on my disc and here is the problem. I downloaded Origin Client, installed it, logged and set my games' location on the folder which I had been using to keep my Origin games on Windows 7 but Origin started downloading Battlefield 4 again. Is there a way to avoid it? I have a very poor internet connection and don't want to wait that long to play

Hello. Lets set folder1 - where your game is, folder2 - where Oridgin download the game...
Just begin download game in folder2 about 1-2 minets, then pause it and close Origin. Than just replace game files in folder2 from folder1 and run Origin
