Do you intend to make Origin easier for internet cafes?
Steam after several years make a good job despite they start badly.
At this point Origin is far behind Steam, despite EA still have better games. Basically the problems is how the manager of ORIGIN understud to make this easier or more complicate. Until now Origin is more complicate to use that STEAM (for ex. No command line).
Is so sad a company like EA put wrong people to develop and maintain ORIGIN.

Technically Origin can run on internet cafe machines. Of course it all depends heavily on the predefined settings selected by the cafe in question.
That said, the origin team is working on improvements all the time and "cross user usability" may be something to be looked at too.

Its complicated for the internet cafe's to manage several accounts created for client satisfaction. The single way to install or update your games on my 200 computers is to give accounts/password to employees, and this is not acceptable all the time. More than this, the games are not updating with without login like Battlenet games for example.
