Origin.exe-Entry point not found

I get an error message saying"The procedure entry point_except1 could not be located in the dynamic library..." i have uninstalled and re installed and it still is giving me this message

@MarianLemmons Please make sure that you have closed down the Origin client (it's not minimized in the tray). After this please download and install Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013 and then try running Origin again.

This worked for me!... After the download I had to uninstall origin then re installed and now it works
